RCLI: Full Scale Embedded Tkinter GUI Application

The Residual Limb Circumference Instrument is a device for insurance authorization assessment Documentation and Consultation. I have been developing a multiwindow GUI utilizing's Python's wrapper for Tcl/Tk called Tkinter. I have just recent created a touchscreen keyboard for entering wifi passwords, patient IDs, email addresses, etc. It has been a massive project where I have had to learn so much Object Oriented Programming logic.

RPi_3B+ Micro-Webserver with Nginx & Front-End Web Design

I've developed an Nginx Micro-Webserver on the RPi_3B+. I setup the server to web host this site in a lite Linux OS and I will soon host serveral others. Through setting up a full server, I've learned much more about port forwarding, DMZ, firewalls, and other networking methodologies. I plan to include some JS to add functionality, setup a certbot for HTTPS access, and get more experience with relational databases using SQL & node.JS. (Most likely PostGreSQL)

Voice Query Language [Mangohacks 2019]

Ask google to give you common business database information without ever touching SQL. Created a flask API in a virtual environment. The flask API interfaces between the business 8 base database and the voice assistant API. The flask API includes a Natural Language Processing model along with several functions to handle query communication with the google cloud APIs and the database. NLP was built using sklearn, spacey, and pandas. Deployed the flask API on Heroku and managed version control through GIT.

Residual Limb Circumfrence Instrument(RCLI)

The Residual Limb Circumference Instrument is a device engineered for insurance authorization assessment documentation. It automates and standardizes the procedure of measuring the circumfrence of a patient's residual limb. These measurements are to be compared to the inner circumfrence of the patient's current prothestic socket. If the circumfrence difference goes beyond a threshold the patient has data to qualify them for an insurance covered socket refitting. This circumfrence difference is a quantitative method for gauging pain or discomfort in patients with ill fitting sockets.

I designed and prototyped the analog/digital circuitry, sensor filters, cable management, and robotic motor controls. I simulated and utilized CAD for mechanics,electronics, and optics.
